I have just over 2 years experience escorting oversize loads, I have plenty of good references that will give good reviews about my company. I enjoy what I do for all of the truck drivers that I have escorted and look forward to working with your company. Below are my rates as of June 14, 2016.

 

 

 

$175.00 PER ESCORT   (0-25 miles from point A to point B)

$200.00 PER ESCORT   (26-65 miles from point A to point B)

$225.00 PER ESCORT   (66-100 miles from point A to point B)

$250.00 PER ESCORT   (101-150 miles from point A to point B)

$275.00 PER ESCORT   (151-175 miles from point A to point B)

$300.00 PER ESCORT   (176-200 miles from point A to point B)

 

 

OVER 200 MILES

$50.00+ $1.70 PER ESCORT (per mile from point A to point B)

Any load that requires 2 or more cars or will be over 350 miles, half of the quoted price MUST be paid up front and the remaining balance MUST be paid no later than the due date on the invoice.

When you are given a price over the phone, that is ONLY a quote not always the final price. That does NOT include any layovers that may occur during the run or overnight fees if the run happens to be an overnight *****unless I am told from the beginning that the run is an overnight***** The price for layovers are $25 PER ESCORT per hour. Overnights are $80 PER ESCORT per night.

***Prices are subject to change without notice*** That includes changing prices about the run if I am not informed of something that is needed to give an accurate quote.

Example: If I get a phone call and the person tells me that the trip is 400 miles and I give a quote on 400 miles but run 600 miles, the company will be charged for those additional miles.
